Mr. Oscar E. Soto is the managing partner for the firm whose practice focuses on representing clients in all aspects of Construction Law and Litigation. He serves as legal counsel to numerous property owners (public and private), developers, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, suppliers, sureties and insurers throughout the State of Florida.
From 1988 to 1997, Mr. Soto was affiliated with one of Broward County’s oldest and most respected firms, Fleming O’Bryan & Fleming as an associate (1988 to 1993) and later as a partner/shareholder (1994 to 1997).
Mr. Soto was a member of the Florida Bar’s Client Security Fund Committee (1999 to 2005). Mr. Soto is a member of the Broward County Bar Association’s Construction Industry Law Committee.
Mr. Soto was active in the Guardian Ad Litem program of the Broward County Courts from 1993 to 2003. He is fluent in Spanish and resides in Fort Lauderdale with his wife, Angela, who is also an attorney and member of the firm.

Every board certified construction lawyer has practiced law on a full time basis for at least five years and been substantially involved 40 percent or more in the area of construction law during the three years preceding application.
