Mrs. Angela Soto is the Co-Founder-Retired Partner in the firm. She previously represented clients in all phases of estate planning and asset management. Angela’s practice and prior experience included in house corporate general counsel and Family Office advisory services.

Mr. Rodriguez is a Co-Managing Partner in the firm whose primary areas of practice are business and construction law. Mr. Rodriguez represents owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and materialmen in all phases of construction.

R. Scott Moore, Esq.

Mr. Moore is an associate attorney with Soto Law Group, P.A., joining the firm in September of 2020. Mr. Moore focuses his legal practice in complex corporate employment, municipal and construction litigation. Mr. Moore has created various contracts relating to different topics in order to fulfill clients needs.

Douglas Clarke, Esq.

Mr. Clarke is an associate attorney with Soto Law Group, P.A. who primarily works on Construction and Business Litigation matters. An Iowa native, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa Tippie School of Business. Mr. Clarke earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in May 2020 with Cum Laude honors.

Emily Cedeño-Hidalgo, Esq.

Emily Cedeño-Hidalgo, a South Florida native, is an Associate Attorney with Soto Law Group, P.A. who primarily works on Construction matters. Emily earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law in 2024. In 2021, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, cum laude, from the University of Florida.

Derrick A. Jackson, Esq., LL.M.

Mr. Jackson, a native of Miami, Florida, is an associate attorney at Soto Law Group, P.A., where his practice focuses on construction and business litigation. Mr. Jackson earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law in 2024 and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law in 2025.

Prior to starting his solo practice and working with Soto Law Group, Miguel worked at one of the largest law firms in the country, where he served clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to “mom-and-pop shops.”

He is a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society of less than one-half of one percent of American Lawyers. Mr. Kelly has tried over 160 jury trials in federal and state court throughout the United States.
