Ms. Burts is an associate with the firm whose primary practice areas are Construction Law, Labor & Employment Law and Business Litigation.
Ms. Burts received her undergraduate education from the University of Miami, where she earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and English Literature. She returned to the University of Miami to receive her Juris Doctor. While in law school, Ms. Burts was a member of the International and Comparative Law Review. In conjunction with successfully completing both Litigation Skills and Advance Litigation Skills Programs, Ms. Burts received the Litigation Specialization Certification. Ms. Burts was also awarded three C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future Awards and a Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award before graduating cum laude.
